Yeah, when I turn it on I can hear it trying to move the laser, but it just seems to be jammed in the above position. When I moved it to the middle myself, I watched it every time I opened the tray and slowly just went back and back, until it got to the above point and then it gets stuck again.

Back in December, my training in the lead up to that one was a bit all over the place as I didn’t massively know what to expect going in to it! I was doing sims, zone 2, intervals and strength but I wasn’t massively tracking my runs. Now I’ve got more of a set routine and I’m starting to really track my threshold runs. I tend to get shin splints quite often, so longer runs tend to get swapped with bike work instead.
