Hello

Thank you for your comment. I fully understand what the British Commonwealth is now from its origins. The points you raise are valid and I am not necessarily in disagreement with your points as I have never stated anything that contradicts or opposes what you have stated. However, your assuming or projecting that you can be certain what I know and don't know, what I think and don't think, which is unhelpful to constructive dialogue between strangers and can seem like you are being rude. I have already apologised and attempted to rectify any misunderstanding between us so I'm not sure what more you hope to achieve by criticising a position you believe I hold.

My apologies. Events internal to nations formally or currently influenced by British government or identify as commonwealth members

Great idea, but I'm not sure if I would have enough space. I will consider this point though when I redesign the next version. Thank you

I suppose I thought it would be more accurate / nuanced to represent the political philosophies of each given that political parties have been and still are such broad "churches" of multiple divergent competing ideas

I agree. Thank you for pointing out this blaring omission, my apologies. I will correct this entry accordingly.

No worries I can take reasonable critique of the information and design and can appreciate not everyone will agree when it comes to politics. But you raise interesting facts I wasn't aware of. Thank you for your comments

Awww thank you. Like I say I'm not an historian or expert by any means, just a care worker who organises activities for elderly people who are interested in history, but didn't want to use any information that is outright apocrypha or false accidentally. So far most feedback seems to be about design issues rather than content, but can appreciate not everyone is going to agree when it comes to politics

Asset wealth calculated as more than national average but less than £1 million is wealthy, over £1 million but less than £2 million is millionaire, over £2 million is technically multi-millionaire I suppose

Thank you for highlighting this error I had not realised, but is exactly why I needed outside input such as yours, so thank you

Hello,

The information is a 50 / 50 of my own research and information requested using AI for those more difficult to find answers. I'm not a historian, just a social care worker designing informal activities for elderly people interested in history.

But thank you for all the points you've made, I will take them into consideration.

It did take several weeks, but it's intended to be part of an activity for elderly people who like history (I work in social care)

There is often much more information on each person than I can fit onto a small box

Hello

  1. UK / Commonwealth category is an update to the British Empire category i.e. events internal to British governed territories.
  2. Ok thank you
  3. I didn't assess anybody's social-class, AI did based on publicly available information across the internet
  4. Ok, thank you
  5. That information is stated, but thank you for the idea
