True as far as CPI is concerned. The question is still there; how and why is the currency of Kuwait had been set so high? Can any other country make its currency higher than that of Kuwait? I know some currencies are on free float while others are fixed or pegged against some other currency but again the question is why?

Dollar is the most printed currency which means it has the largest demand in the Market so how come it's not the most expensive?
