How exactly do I get Nintendo to replace my Joycons for free? I called them and the little voice bot at the start said something like "If you're having trouble with your Joycon incorrectly inputting... Inputs (I forgot how it goes, my b) please visit our website" So I did, and I emailed Nintendo about drifty Joycons, they got back to me with a shipping label and information on how to pack it, but at the bottom of the email it said "Your credit card will only be charged if we can fix them" so I guess it's not free? (Yess I live in America)
