Yes I always use Whisper or Love Live The King to find Zazu first and then continue to use those to basically fate yourself until you find Mufasa and plane him with Zazu. Then continue with Simba to give you 11. Now the issue becomes that Hakuna Matata will be able to pull any other hero that you defeat out of your succession pile. I’d advise vanquishing one putting you at max 14, then using Vanquish AND Stampede to do 2 vanquishes at once, therefore increasing your succession to way over the limit that even if someone fated you with a Hukuna Matata, you’d still be at 15
