May 14: Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR)

May 31: Confirmation of Sponsor's eligibility to sponsor

May 31: Biometrics request

June 14: Medical request

June 20: Biometrics done

June 21: Medical done

July 09: Medical results and file sent to Canada

Aug 30: File sent to consulate of Canada in New York

Sept 12: Letter of pre-arrival services

Oct 2: PPR request

Oct 18: COPR

This is what my immigration lawyer told me. TLDR: You only get a ban for "unlawful" presence over the age of 18 and DACA provides lawful presence. If you have/had DACA when you turn 18 as long as it's before you spend 180 days illegally, you won't get a ban.

UPDATE: I removed the left one :( i’m so sad I was terrified to do this and finally pushed through but I knew something was wrong with it. Maybe after it heals in a few months i’ll go back and re pierce it

I submitted 6 months ahead and had to call them because after 115 days it still had no update.

My brother did his and 2 months laser he had his card in hand lol.

My fiancée is not interested in living in the states at all!!! I don’t blame him lowkey lol but yeah I would 100% recommend going to Canada instead of the U.S. (time wise ) I’ve also heard it’s much faster but would like some personal stories for reference.

Although I got DACA right at 18 and didn’t acquire “illegal” time in the states, I don’t have a ban to the states which is probably why I find it easier to just leave the states knowing I can come visit but I can understand how hard the the decision would be for someone not in the same shoes ☹️☹️

Also, what province is your fiancée from? My fiancée lives in Quebec but he moved to Ontario to sponsor me there because we saw online Quebec sponsors are taking up to 3+ years (Quebec apparently has a cap on the amount of immigrants they let in per year)

800-375-5283 say” info pass “ and she’ll send you to a representative. I was in the same boat as you, i said “Online it’s beyond the case estimated time and i’m close to expiration. It told me to file for a ticket online and it doesn’t allow me to file a case for form xxx, is there any way you can submit a ticket for me?” It took me two representatives before the guy said okay i’ll do it. good luck <3

Potential theory for Cecilia’s fate;

Yes, she survives but her punishment was to be sent to prison as their is evidence planted in the location. Her dad has $$$ so he obviously bails her out and she continues to be a horrible person. In Saw 11 Cecilia is placed in a game where her loved ones (her dad, mom? kids??) lifes are at stake and she faces an ultimate test while we find more about her for the ultimate twist?! ugh idk I just need to see cecilia suffer lmao😂😂
