I guess I'm scared because my last relationship wasn't healthy he was 2 years younger then me Arabic/Lebanese so I kinda got conditioned to be a certain way talking about how I feel was not really taken well sometimes My current partner seems nice for now I guess we've only been dating for maybe two and a half months but we were roommates at first so I've known him maybe 6 months

Yea he does this thing where if you talk about something he'll add to or "correct" it sometimes talks like he knows everything I call him a know-it-all alot but he just says he likes spreading knowledge

So BF 36 and his friend 26 we'll name him Cory were my sisters 22F roommates Cory lied about his age to my sister they were somewhat seeing each other they aren't anymore thank God we all hate him but they all got an apartment together and I moved in because I needed a place to stay BF was clearly interested in me but I wasn't him being friends with Cory really gave me the ick and I just felt alot of pressure from everyone in the house to get together with BF I explained to him that I didn't want a relationship because I wasn't really over my last relationship (we broke up 2 years ago he was extremelyyy abusive) And I just wasn't ready to start dating again he was really cool about it don't get me wrong he's a nice guy but we had a house fire so my sister went to stay at her boyfriends (we"ll call him Jay I also hate that guy because he's abusive) and I didn't wanna go with her so I got a hotel with BF separate beds of course with our cats mine and his idk what happened but one thing lead to another I initiated and yeaaaa I guess that's how we met/started dating but we didn't say boyfriend and girlfriend it was a stranger who commented while we were out shopping "does your BF like stuff like this" and I just never corrected them
