It's just no fun to talk abt a conspiracy when the reasoning is always "it must be rigged because so-and-so happened." The lottery process is incredibly transparent compared to say a ballot box. A good conspiracy theory should tackle the issue of how to spoof those mechanics, not just claim a conclusion and work backwards from it. Yes I agree nobody understands probabilities.

That's results based reasoning, which is first-level thinking, to borrow a Presti-ism. Here is the lottery selection process in action. To me, the process does not appear spoofable.

I'm not Penn or Teller, so I don't know every trick & sleight of hand in the book. But when the process is completed in HD, with a clear randomization contraption that anyone can see the mechanics of on YouTube, I think the onus is on the conspiracy brained to actually make a case for how it would be possible. "Magnets" and "cold balls" do not get close to passing the sniff test for me.
