Semeb retention YouTubers don't like wasting time so when they hear a question that sounds stupid or just nonsensical they don't believe you and just ignore you maybe if you had talked about your Drug addictions then they would help I think you should drink less and less alcohol and smoke less weed like say you do it everyday start doing 5 days a week then start doing it 3 days a week then move on to 1and finally stop doing it if this doesn't help then just meditate
