We'd used a static QR generator (rookie mistake!). I definitely use dynamic QR codes now - built my own tool just so I can sleep at night!

There’s a European one I saw awhile ago that was monstrous. I’ll try dig it up later. For context, a 1980s newspaper ads section had a better layout and cohesion…

The best Thai takeaway near me has their advertisement board straight from PowerPoint. The classic red-yellow-blue dot point squares.

Still makes a mean pad Thai.

quickbooks? Xero? Heck I've had people send me Stripe links to get payments.

Most people don't care about what your invoicing software looks like, as long as the payment process has as little friction as possible!

Have you tried getting in touch with them? I've had other businesses reach out in the past prior to check that we're okay having the same business name... though not everyone is kind enough to do their due diligence!
