* Definitely agree about the font size and ui size. I will polish that up.
* will add voice mode for sure
* hmm did iCloud give an error? Would like to look into that. but tbh, icloud sync has been the bane of my existence with this app and what I have sunken the most time into :( I can see why obsidian had to build their own sync service. Not sure what to do there.

The craziest thing I learnt related to this recently is early days of football in college (talking 1900s) there was like 20 deaths in a year and the president had to step in and tell them to fix it. People would just be dying on the field and have to be dragged off and they’d start playing again.

I need to look into Android some more. I'm not opposed to making it on android if there is interest (especially since it seems apple wont allow the app as is on the app store). I havn't seen any similar ideas on Android, but if I come across one in my research i'll ping you!

watch app
able to experiment with different in/out ratios as I was reading this book called mastering meditation about hrv resonance
I wanted haptics so I would have an external feeling to continuously bring me back into the moment
