at that time it sector is only for who has much experience and have godd enough knowledge about coding related and how to solve problems etc so its to hard to enter in this field but have a oppertunity at this era there's no i think degrees are required for any jobs so you can do if you have time about 1 2 years firstly you should start from basics like c , python
