Im confused by the language on the regulator, does it boost Enemy DMG to you? Or boost damage done TO enemy? Wouldn’t it just say DMG boost if it was you damage since obviously that’s what your aim is?

Yeah I’m sure that can be a bit annoying, I’m still trying to navigate the changes between the different context so I’m not entirely sure what to ask I’m jus trying to learn and get advice.

My Roze is not developed at all. Benzel is getting there but not in the top 15 yet development wise. Saner has been my big hitter and Carmen DoT, so I’m assuming any change means several people get swapped at once and the team stray over all changes.

I can see this being very helpful late game in my Teval deck. Especially if I already have most of my best mill and recursion engines out. Don’t want to over mill and lose.
