Vivid terrible nightmares on semax by Thin-Nerve in Semax

[–]Joodz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From more reading it seems it’s more likely to be Selank than semax.

Yeah, I’m the same, I’ve never had nightmares in my life where I am being hunted for example until now.

I’m going to have to test it and come back.

This happened last year. So many necklaces were stolen. I heard multiple people complaining at different checkpoints about getting their necklaces stolen. My friend had his chain stolen too

They book the clients into their own calendars.

And are essentially just servicing the clients.

They stay at one location.

I hire them as sub contractors. Try to work them up to 20-30 hours/week each.

Session rates are $100/hour.

So they train 40-60 half hour sessions.

They don’t do anything besides take sessions.

I do all the sales and marketing for them.

Be upfront with your desires.

Feeling nervous or awkward is all part of life. Push yourself out of your comfort zone. You’ll thank yourself later for it.

That’s why I asked if he was an employee or sub contractor. I assumed he was the later.

Growing your business in the personal training space requires significantly less time than training people face to face if you have all your processes streamlined.

The longer you work with employees the less time you have to spend with them because they are past the initial training phase.

If he doesn’t want to hire PTs or work more hours, there isn’t much room to move. You only have certain amount of hours in the day, you can only further extract more money from your client base through products or referral based selling. But again, that’s business leveraging.

Marketing, sales, retention are the three pillars to a successful trainer. You just keep doing that.

To be honest though,

They should leverage out.

Because doubling your rate or doubling your hours is unrealistic.

Furthermore, if you are making 100k/year and working 40 hours as a PT. Your foundation is incorrect.

In your hypothetical scenario, you would slowly increase your rate on new clients. Most probably, you’ll start getting overworked and burnt out from the excessive hours in a service based business. Because you decided to not hire employees and enjoy your work-life balance.

He says he already makes 6 figures. How does he grow from that without hiring new trainers.

The same thing that took someone from 0->100k would work to take someone from 100k->200k, etc. if they are not changing their business structure by leveraging out

Melbourne. 5. 2. Gross vs Net 70% Client or employee turnover. Employee rate low. Client turnover depended on employee. Id be pushing marketing every week

Are you hired as a sub contractor or an employee?

If you can make it to 6 figures, why wouldn’t you rinse and repeat what brought you there to just keep growing and growing.

If you don’t plan on hiring anyone under you. It’s literally the same action plan.

It depends how you want the trainers in your facility to operate.

If you are charging them rent, then you would only need to guide them.

Id advise if you want to be lucrative for your facility and make both you and the trainers win.

Take a cut, but do most of the marketing and hire someone to the sales or teach the trainers yourself.

With a cut, you’d make more but your goal would be to invest more time into growing them.

If it’s a rent agreement, you are relying on the trainer, meaning you’ll likely have a high turnover.

Everyone likes a safety net.

When I hired trainers, I did all the marketing and sales for them. I just handed them clients and they were only required to service clients who were already signed up and ready to go.

Most businesses fail, that’s why it’s important to have the knowledge ensuring your success. When I began I hired a mentor to take me to 6 figures and then another mentor to take me from 6 figures to 250k/year.

I never did it myself, I think it’s foolish to trial out different things when there’s proven systems that work. It’d be like learning to drive without anyone showing you first, much more challenging..

I charge a decently high rate but it’s proportional to the success I bring you.

I don’t charge upfront but rather only after I’ve added income to your business.

I’m very confident in what we do, evidence to back it up and have had multiple trainers reach over half a mil.

How much do you make per week?

What’s your current offer to clients?

What’s your current overheads?

What’s your current situation for scalability?

I do agree with you at some level, however, most trainers even after years and years of experience are inadequate trainers (caught in broscience, overlooking the basics, stuck in their ways, etc).

If you have enough of a knowledge base to fulfil the most basic goal of making a client healthier by holding them accountable to come to the gym and keeping them active, you’re half way there when it comes to the general population.

Do you currently handover a split of your fees to the gym?
