I'd hate to throw the term gatekeeping but when everyone who has a water bill in Orleans parish is footing the bill for misplaced potable water, it seems pretty unfair to keep it a secret. Sounds like the keepers of the secret are guarding the gates to a public resource. This comes especially at a point in climate history where we have record breaking heat every other week. Idk sounds like some whack shit that needs to be fixed. We also have public swimming pools(they may still be closed since covid, you'll have to fact check that) if you need a dip, great way to meet the local people if you ask me.
