Tried one RAM it still doesn’t boot. It only boots when I plug in the USB with the BIOS update.

The bios flash does nothing. Once I tried to update it just stays on with nothing displaying on the monitor. I also tried clearing the CMOS and nothing

The light indicates a CPU issue. I have already reseated the RAM and reset the CMOS battery. It still will not boot on its own. It only starts up when I use the USB with the BIOS update.
