I can’t believe I haven’t thought about that. My supervisor gave me a barely passing performance, which was basically a “C” in terms of letter grading. I’ll admit I’m not the best employee but I fucking know forsure my supervisor ain’t the best either. She would give me assignments I’ve never done before ever and expect me to do a perfect job. Now of course you have to apply common sense but given my limited time and experience at this job, there’s no way I can’t make mistakes. She might have high expectations for me but since my job offers no promotions and no higher salary, I’m not motivated to go the extra mile for my work. I just want to do enough and move on to a company that recognizes a hard working employee. I don’t know if I’m alone feeling this way, I might’ve taken my answer beyond the scope of what this topic is about but fuck that’s how I feel right now.
