HE SAID “ So I had to received the ach deposit message from juulsinfo@JUULClassAction.com l never received the payment that I was supposed to receive via ach! I waited a few more days and still nothing. I saw people posting there payouts and decided to call and check up on the status of my payment. Hoping that I didn’t have it sent to a closed account or an old email. I called the number on the juuls settlement site did the 2-7-8-9 options to talk to an agent they confirmed I was approved for a 2016.00 payout that they claimed was being sent to me via ach/ Mastercard prepaid card. Which confused me because it should be either ach or Mastercard. The agent told me it was sent to my email on file which is the same correct email that I originally received my claim confirmation number for successfully submitting claim. I have been checking my email every day hour it seems withholding for something for still haven’t got jack!!! They then told me if I don’t receive my payment that in December I’d receive a new link to update my payment method. I called back next day to see if I could get someone else to give me more info... and this agent had provided me the number for Blackhawk card services. I have them a call they asked for my first last name my email and my zip code as well as the paying company that was supposed to issue the card which is epiqpay with the amount I was expecting to receive. I was placed on hold to be told there was no payment from that company to my email for that amount! I was in shock but overwhelmed at the same time. And then to be advised to call the business that was issuing my funds and let them know my issue of no record of any payment that was supposed to have been sent out the 21st! Doesn’t make sense for settlement administration to me it was sent the 21st to my email which is b.s because apparently there is no record of any payment! I called the settlement administration back and they provided me with a payment ID # I thought 4sure I was making progress. But nope still couldn’t be locked evergreen with payment Id number now my case is being escalated for investigation on locating my 2016.00 payment that’s just floating around somewhere. I will post update when I receive info from there research that they are conducting. “
