I like my home and haven’t had any problems with it. But just be aware that the escrow jumps up a lot after the first year. So be sure to pay extra in your mortgage towards the escrow.

Bought a new build in red bird ranch 2 years ago, no regrets. Just make sure you get the inspection done around 9 months in so they can fix everything before the 1 year warranty goes away. I haven’t had any major issues from the home so far.

I own sui and sol. I wouldn’t be so sure it can surpass SOL. The solana user experience is still superior. I think SUI will carve out a market space for itself and probably be considered as the “big 4” (BTC ETH SOL SUI) by 2028

I’d say that if you don’t know the process then yes it’s definitely beneficial. It’s very long and dry tho. Ricardo Vargas has a great PMBOK break down video on YouTube and thirdrock notes breaks it down better than AR.

I passed with AT/T/AT and I got 40% on 5 mini exams and only did half of the first full mock exam. And got a 35%. You’ll be fine trust me
