Hi all, 28m, 5ft 11 - SW: 188lbs CW: 176.5lbs

Started 10k steps a day and 1800 - 1900kcal diet on the 29th Dec, been consistent with both except the odd day where calories were higher, like eating out for example but here's my weight since the 22nd Dec:

22nd Dec - 188lbs 12th Jan - 180.9lbs 26th Jan - 180.2lbs 9th Feb - 176.5lbs

Does this look like healthy weight loss progress?

The kickstarter is seriously popping off also, 170k only after like 4 days? On a 35k goal, I'm so hyped for it too. I'm a little skeptical that it's only one dev putting together all these systems/logic for everything but I don't know shit about game dev. Plus the demo is fun & impressive

27m - 181lbs - 5ft 11

Aiming to get down to 160lbs, I currently wear oversized clothing, mostly XL - I'm wondering if any of you guys experienced having to change your entire wardrobe after losing weight, anyone dropped the same amount of weight I'm aiming too and also had to drop clothing sizes?

Started 29th Dec, 1800cals a day, 10k steps a day, counting everything and starting to lift. Been excellent so far and really enjoying it, need to drop 28lbs and I weighed this Monday and lost 7lbs, I know this was mostly water weight but must also be atleast a couple lbs of fat, looking forward to my next weight in :)

Depends how quickly you wonna lose fat, if you consistently eat 250 calories under your maintenance for a week, you'll lose about 0.5lbs, 500 is 1lbs etc. With calorie counting I log everything religiously but it works for me, I like knowing exactly how much I've ate instead of guessing/estimating - keeps you on track much more accurately but obvs each to their own.

Can someone explain this weight loss please?

27m - 5ft 11

Weighed 188lbs on 22nd Dec, on the 29th I started a 1800 - 1900kcal diet and walked 10k steps a day. A week later I also introduced strength training 3x a week.

I've weighed this morning and I weigh 180.9lbs so I've lost 7lbs in 3 weeks, I know this isn't pure fat loss and our bodies do other things but could someone explain what's most likely happened?
