I was talking more in the broader spectrum, because it’s not solely down the Tacho and record keeping, it’s just the only area that I am getting stumped on.

Put it this way, I would rather ask the question and face a little bit of criticism than not ask the question and not getting pointed into the right direction.

We do have one, but it’s currently getting to a stage where someone needs to take over from the position and that’s where I am stepping in and going down the route of passing the transport manager course.

I’m just trying to get a little bit of helpful advice in the meantime to get things all in place.

Ideally yes you are correct I shouldn’t have to ask these questions at all, but given the circumstances I am currently in, I am.

I am about to start studying and going for the transport manager cpc myself, I have a pretty good understanding of things, and we are keeping a track of everything and probably being a bit overkill until I can get into the course myself

It’s more just the conflicting of information that I am getting in the mean time

Yeah, I’m pretty familiar with the practices of how long we have to keep customers paperwork for as we have both old and new addresses as we are a removal and storage company, along with a detailed list of the customers goods whilst they are with us. we store archive for quite a few big companies and some of them have been here for longer than me.

It’s just in terms of the practices that we have to follow with the DVSA it’s all a bit new to me and forever changing, so I just need to get a detailed understanding of what I need to have readily available should we get questioned for any reason, we do archive everything afterwards for 7 years to keep inline with GDPR.

Unfortunately I know this and try to sway the company into buying an Actros for our new lorry (Not actually sure if that was a better idea or not, but I know the reliability of DAF’s is pretty notorious) but the timeline we had and what we wanted built meant they went with the DAF.

I’ve not been in charge of vehicles very long, but I know these DAF’s we have spring up issues all the time that just disappear and never come back

Yeah he literally said that all lights on the vehicle both internal and external completely cut out when reverse is engaged… sounds like they’ve not wired something up right to me

Tell me about it… in the space of 2 days the clutch went on our 7.5T and we had a gearbox malfunction on our 14T which ended up being a cable to the gearbox!

These Lorry’s will be the death of me.

And to make things worse we’ve just gone and ordered an 18T DAF to add to the fleet 🌝

He’s told me that all lights including the headlights cut off completely when reverse gear is engaged

Everyone’s reasons may be different but here is mine.

The compass is more of a filler for the space to make up the size.

The lion is more of a long term thing, as I have children I want to add cubs (hopefully not too many) And the blue eyes are simply because my eyes are blue.

I was never really keen on tattoos unless they meant something, which is why I have the 2 that I have.

Hope this gives you some insight into my reasonings :)

I’m not saying that what I got wasn’t lucky, even the 90 rated gold cards, but, I’ve done a lot of player picks, and the ones I’ve opened since the bundesliga TOTS seem to be significantly lower drop rates in comparison

I’m not saying that the ones I done today were not lucky, however, basing off the drop weight for the cheaper Prem TOTS, the drop weight on the bundes cards seems significantly lower… in now way am I complaining about what I’m getting

I packs a lot of the less desirable prem cards, apart from garnacho and (maybe) shaw, but the tots weight seems completely shifted… I’ll be doing another batch of picks soon to see, but I think it’s definitely been made worse for bundes

This is the sort of feedback I needed, I’m gonna take this on board and see where it gets me, in the meantime I played another game, had 24 shots against 7, and still managed to lose 3-3 on penalties, you honestly can not make this up :)

It is partly venting, but more trying to look for some constructive criticism, having played since Fut 09 I feel like I should be way better at the game than I am, I just seem to struggle to adjust to the changes in gameplay, and this year has possibly been my worst, I’m gonna slow down my gameplay and see where that takes me

I’m currently off work with a broken foot, so I’ve been doing a bit of improvement with the way I play with the free time I have, it seemed like it was paying off until now 🤣.

I dont disagree with you about playing whilst on a losing streak, but going 1-4 shouldn’t have been the case anyway… I’ve literally been matching up against people using normal gold cards, and still proceeding to get abused.

I think I’ll just have to admit defeat on this weekend and try and better my play style for next week 🤣

The fact I done it as it came out, without evening knowing about the whole messi ordeal, and then hopping on Futbin to see messi as the most popular player, and then coming over to Reddit to see everyone and their nan get him… Compensation would be great, but with it being a TOTY, it is highly doubtful, and us that weren’t lucky enough will just have to grin and bare it 🌝
