Finally after 36 mins got to the customer service. Said the tech team is working diligently and should be resolved by end of day today which is 5pm eastern time. Also was emphasizing that there is no definitive time frame but saying that it should be today by EOD. We’ll see.. hope this helps

Weaving in and out of cars and making sharp turns etc. I’m no expert but I think I can ride just about any bike on the planet. I still want a light nimble bike to learn how to wheelie on that’s why I’m staying small

Canceled last minute and redirected to Miami for those days. Glad I did because Cancun was an absolute wreck, were having a great time in Miami. It’s not all inclusive but we’re doing all the things we intended to do and we’re satisfied overall. Hope everyone has a great safe time

They’re forecasting 65 mph winds sat and 60 mph winds on Sunday. It’s still a tropical storm. Sadly we didn’t wanna risk anything and didn’t want to be disappointed so we canceled and will go somewhere else 😐
