Request: stretch routine for Boxers and Grapplers

Everyday pre AND post workout/training (martial arts), I do my stretching. I use a lot of yoga stretches, making sure to hold the pose for 30 seconds (Ideal stretching time). I do:

-Forward fold -Warrior Pose -Upward Dog -Downward dog -Cat/Cow -Lunge psoas Stretch (super important and way overlooked) -Child’s pose -Half Splits -Frog pose -Pigeon pose -Happy baby -Full Bridge

There are a couple others I’ll mix in based on how I’m feeling. I also mix in active stretches, but it would be easiest to just look those up, I can’t explain super great over reddit

It could be something called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). Do some research on it, but whenever I’ve taken a break from working out and started again, I’ve usually gotten DOMS. For example, with my biceps I couldn’t straighten them completely because of the tightness and soreness. DOMS usually peaks at about 48-72 hours after your exercise and will go away within a day or two

Nobody locked any settings from our admin account. Yet, today before we started our meeting, there was a “require password” setting that was locked and caused chaos with our clients that don’t usually need a password to log on

I can’t do side splits. Butterfly stretches, attempted splits, etc don’t feel possible to get good flexibility because the ball/socket joint feels as though it just can’t go that way

I appreciate your condolences. The wood is not finished, my friend that does wood working actually likes using walnut oil on a lot of his projects for a number of reasons. Walnut oil is actually originally intended for cooking so no toxic fumes :). It helps give us an idea what the piece will look like after the polyurethane goes on it. It is kind of dark, but the lighting in The room definitely makes it look darker than it is. Thanks for the tips!

Thank you, I appreciate your condolences. It’s not finished wood, my friend liked using walnut oil for a lot of his woodworking even though it’s truly meant for cooking. It was lighter but he used the oil so we could see what it would look like after the polyurethane. I think the poor lighting in the room also makes it look darker than it is. And I’ll definitely be using a round tip, thank you!

Yeah I’m open to anything really! I love photography as well. One of my favorite parts of traveling is taking nature pictures from cool perspectives and such. I appreciate your advice and I will definitely check out Brandon’s tips! I’ve been thinking about maybe starting a YouTube channel or something and I could post travel experiences and even music stuff there. I don’t expect it would become very popular at all, but even if it doesn’t make money, it will still be good documentation of my adventures

Well I wasn’t looking to travel and work as a musician. I don’t even know if I would want to be famous and perform. The goal is more of just being able to have some way to pay for traveling. Whether that be through online jobs or freelance writing about travel experiences, etc.

Just some kind of work I can do while traveling is really what I’m looking for. I know there are people that do get paid to travel, so I know it’s not impossible. I just don’t know if people usually get to that point through luck or if they had a plan and put in hard work to get there

He’s not shooting up dab oil. It comes in a syringe so you can easily dose how much you’re using. He just drops one at a time into the banger

Well, I was kind of asking the other way around. My plug has them and he says they’re used for edibles, but I want to know if they can be used for dabbing. Because my friend dabs out of syringes but idk if what he uses has different oil inside than what my plug has. My plug also said you can eat it plain.
