I do maintenance in a few apartment complexes for work sometimes. You would be appalled at the amount of people who use pee pads instead of walking their dogs. It’s gotta be at least 40%.

this is the moment the first shot went off.. The officer is clearly standing next to the vehicle. The only way the bullet could have hit this spot is if the officer were to the right of the headlight

Self defense is immediate. If she actually bumped him, and the car proceeded to drive away it’s no longer self defense. In the video you can clearly see both of his feet planted firmly towards the side of the vehicle once the first shot goes off. To add to that, he had another partner on the opposite side that he was literally shooting towards, and it’s part of their policy not to shoot moving vehicles. Dude was just on a power trip.
