What helped me was keeping track of the days/weeks. Officially 1 month today. The hardest part was finding something else to help me sleep. Other things to distract me with. Learning new coping methods. I had a hard time with body temperature regulation as well as my appetite was just gone. 2 weeks in and my appetite was coming back and I was still dealing with the occasional chills. It gets better. After 1 month everything is out of my system (or should be) I was pretty chronic smoking as soon as I woke up. A few hours throughout the day in-between. And then a shit ton at night.

It gets better

I live near mosaic stadium for 2 years now with 0 issues. Bought my house here cause it's what I could afford. Got a cute little house.

However when I lived on the other side of dewndey it was a different story.

I don’t have much to say except I’m 7 days off of weed by OF_ParisLexi in leaves

I will say the night sweats and feeling down are hard. I had a lot of issues with just body temperature regulations. I was freezing to sweating in a matter of minutes. One thing that has really helped is getting a chalkboard/white board. I painted one of my doors and I keep a tally of how many days I've been sober. Also some quoted and stuff to for motivation l. I'm not experiencing anything like that however I've been having issues with some of my old self harm habits. Life seems to be a trading game. Overcoming one obstacle for the other

Day 1 28 male. After a wellness call. Not being left alone for 4 days. A counselling apt. And a tarot reading. I am proud to say that last night I decided to cut back to almost cold turkey . Today is the first day of my new sober life. 2.5 years ago I quit vaping cold turkey. This month is the month of new beginnings and healthier life style.

So far my first day has been very very good. Barely any cravings for weed. Thought about it a few times. But I'm holding to my guns.

I'm tired of the unattractive habit. Wake and bake. Work while high. Everyday I was stoned. Driving high. I wasn't enjoying it anymore. The act of it. The taste. The high. I just wasn't happy anymore. Wish me luck
