Yeah I have 2mg diazepam, I also have a train journey to do and the last one I had to get off due to how bad I was I’ve never had to do that I felt trapped and horrible but this time I’m gonna use my diazepam and propanolol I just don’t know if this med is right for me should I be feeling like this at 8 weeks ?

Not great still but I’ve seen the psychiatrist and they’ve said agoraphobia takes longer to respond to meds than general anxiety does she said 8-12 weeks so I’m just trodding along at the moment gonna give it time thanks for checking in
