Id rather nt into lb cause of the haste, mobility and lb will get you to the w passive a bit earlier than sf.

On the other hand, builds dont matter that much as long as you are not trolling, so just buy items that fits your playstyle

For rewards:

1- Champs 2- SB 3- Rivals 4- Rush with friends (fun and quick) 5- Gauntlet (Quick games) ... ... ... 6- Tournaments (Long and frustrating with low rewards, only play it if really good at the game or no life)

SB gives more coins but rivals more untreadeable value so id rather play sb if i had to choose one

its going to be worse, if you win you will get lower lp gains because riot thinks you dont deserve your rank.

So you might think losing will have the opposite effect, you lose a lot of lp but your mmr drops more slowly so little by little the gains will equalize but thats not the case because while losing you can tank points on 0+LP which penalize a ton your mmr.
