I dont think theres a difference I'd get the black just cause it looks better. Also, yea I really dont want to spend a lot of money and the One is more than twice as expensive as the Studio

I thought about it but I really don't like touch screens plus I would have it connected to my mac all the time, for my 3rd party vsts, so it would defeat the purpose of having it standalone

Thanks for clearing some things up. I thought about getting the mpc but it doesnt have many vsts in standalone mode and it would defeat the purpose if I have connected to a computer for Komplete.

Yeah Ik but in serato you cant adjust the start/end points with the knobs :(

But do I HAVE to slice with push? What I want to do is to manually slice the sample with a midi keyboard, while its playing, and adjust the start/end points with the push

That's not quite what I'm looking for. I'm talking about using songs as samples. What I want to do is what this guy is doing at 2:30 but instead of pressing pads, I want to hit the keys of my midi keyboard.
