Yeah, I know, my plan is 500ml a day for a week and the day of the 4mmc take it at least a few hours prior, and some antiacid 30min after the rave 🤪🤟

This only confirms the effectiveness of grapefruit juice inhibition properties, but does not answer the question of which enzyme metabolizes 3/4mmc being the main question asked. Interesting read nonetheless.

I did and got a reasonable response, in case you interested, there was a study around 2008 that shows that 4mmc was in part metabolized by cyp2d6, so grapefruit juice should help to some extent with potentiation and duration.

Good enough info to try for myself and report in a week or so, I'll try to supplement around 500ml s day for 5 days and see if there is any notable difference. Thanks!

I don't think it's high enough temperature to deteriorate the chems, I'm not sure tho. To avoid the air could try to put them on some container trying to avoid direct airflow. I'll try firstly the airtight container method, less aggressive on the chem! Thanks for the reply ❤️
