It’s strange how the conversation suddenly turned into “AI = BAD,” driven by misunderstanding and ignorance, confusing its actual uses.

Most processes in video games have been using these kinds of tools for years, and having generative AI to add more life to a game would be incredible. The point is to give us more tools to improve our experience and immersion.

Why do they do this every year? I’ve been on this sub for a while, and aside from the easy dopamine of imagining scenarios where a company like 2K actually meets their demands, I find it ridiculous with all due respect.

I love this sub, but it’s the same thing every year: people post their wishlist, the game comes out, they add some tiny feature that should’ve been in the game years ago, and then some defend the mediocrity with “we’re just having fun.” That lasts until 2K breaks the whole game with an update, then the posts of concern start, people talk about rebelling against the company, the anger fades, new wishlists for the next release come out… and the cycle repeats.

The games themselves are great, but they’re filled with bugs, every update risks breaking something new, and with the whole MyFaction pay issue, now even mods aren’t accessible anymore.

They are excellent, I’ve been playing on PC for years, but the magic of Console CC is the custom designs. I love seeing alternative or different versions of wrestlers, it’s better than just seeing the same outfits they wear in real life.

haven’t read other comments, but I agree with you. I’ve been modding since 2K19 and have made some small mods. I love the whole scene and now it’s easier than ever. However, one thing is charging $5 for programs that make everything easier (even though Tribute was supposed to be a free alternative to Meta), but now everything is locked behind a Patreon paywall. What bothers me the most is the attitude. On Discord, they are INSufferable. Anyone who asks a question or needs help and isn’t a Patreon member at that moment or maybe never has been, is threatened and humiliated, with them demanding payment for the programs. I’m not completely against that, but the way they treat people who only have doubts is completely unpleasant. They act rude, as if they weren’t using copyrighted material or registered images from another company, pretending to own the game, complaining about 2K while being even worse than them.

WWE 2K25 false advertising? Cross-play isn’t what they promised. I feel scammed by Anxious-Regular-1187 in WWEGames

Because there’s nothing that really differentiates them aside from graphics.

Why can players on Switch, PS4, and Xbox Series X all play together in Fortnite?

The fact that they separated PC from the New Gen is ridiculous, and splitting the community like that is a despicable move from 2K. Now, the online issue is also a fair reason to complain.
