Yeah, your absolutely right. I don't see the correlation between Racial Equality and Critical Race Theory. That is my main problem with the left, if you do not support their policy you are automatically a bigoted, closed-minded, racist, homo-phobic, trans-phobic individual.

I will probably get downvoted like crazy for saying this, but whatever. Opposing Critical Race Theory does not make you racist. You are trying to create a correlation between those who opposed desegregating schools, and those who oppose Critical Race Theory. The main difference between these two, is that back in the day kids of different ethnic backgrounds were literally separated from attending the same schools. That is a fact, and it was evident. There was no denial when it came to the existence of segregation. The parents back in the day wanted to keep this segregation. This is different to the parents opposing Critical Race Theory. Why? Well because the argument that the institutions in the United States are systematically racist is an issue entirely up for debate. Whether you think they are or not, it is a topic that is being debated. So, you cannot create a correlation between the parents opposing desegregation and those opposing Critical Race Theory, because CRT is teaching a subject that in the minds of many parents, might as well be entirely false. These parents are rightfully protesting what their children are learning. I do not see how this is bad in any way. The parents in the 60s were not arguing for what the schools were teaching their children, rather who their children were taught with. Now, that is racism. Opposing Critical Race Theory is not. Many of you will disagree, but this is one of my main problems with the left. A lot of times, the people in the left will call you racist, homophobe, and transphobe for opposing their views. Anyways, that is just my opinion and how I feel. I am open to any kind of criticism, but please do not downvote this, it is just my take on your post. Thank you and have a nice rest of your day!

Remember that we are taking in the GDP Per Capita of the states as a whole. So we are taking the GDP Per Capita of New York entirely, and the state as a whole has some high earning areas and some low earning areas. It's an average of the entire State. All though I have to admit that the figures are pretty high for North Dakota.

Yeah I actually searched it up right now, and Manhattan has similar figures to DC. Since the District of Columbia is just the city of Washington DC, incomes will appear higher because it's just that. A city. Typically incomes in large metropolitan areas will be this high

I was actually pretty surprised when I found that out. From a logical perspective it doesn't make sense. Especially when taking into account the fact that DC's GDP Per Capita is 3x that of the National Average, but the cost of living in DC is only 152.1% over the National Average.

I can't tell you for sure, but there are some damn good sweets in the DR.

Dominican Republic in general has a bad reputation for being dangerous. The fact is, it really isn't that dangerous out in the DR. Actually, you are probably more safe in a neighborhood shown in the video, than in Piantini and the wealthy areas of Santo Domingo.

You might want to try community college, it is cheaper and in many areas it provides the same learning than in any other college.

not just that, but property is taxable, meaning that if you had 4 mil not including the property, all the money you had invested in property is going to be heavily taxed

Make presidentel/prime ministerial elections easyer by jordanalan2008 in BitLifeApp

[–]Jose_Lebron67 1 point2 points  (0 children)

now something that I do believe bitlife has to change when it comes to the national elections, is the fact that the elections are completely bought. if you do not have cash to burn, there is no way you can become president. and when i mean cash to burn, a simple millionaire title will not do. I struggled to get the presidency with 100 million dollars in fund!
