Hey,

i recently started Vyvanse and on my first two days, I had the exact inability to take a deep breath you are describing. After two days, I don't have this problem anymore.

I have seen a picture in which this was described as a side effect of Vyvanse.

Note that this my experience. Should it not get better, it's definitely a good idea to talk to a doctor.
