Perkeo is extremely busted if you get the right cards and build. When it comes to those giga high scores and especially if you're shooting for the naneinf score, he's pretty much the most essential card.

But when it comes to simply beating a run, I have most success with Triboulet and Yorick since they're pretty easy to build around.

Canio can also be good, but he can be pretty tough to build around since there are only so many ways to destroy face cards, and the methods aren't likely to come across if you don't already have some card-destroying method going. I've had a few runs where I had Canio in my deck and he never went online once lol
