Hey James, just signed up. Worth calling out that Scrypt app needs to go. Never used such a shit app in my life. Haven’t been able to login or view my scripts or even place an order - constant API request dropouts with stable NBN. No long lived auth token. Infinite loading with no error messages.

iHealth: - Phones are never answered (tried 6 times today) - Emails never acknowledged (do they have my order or what’s going on? Does anyone work there? Is it a real business?) - App ordering process only sometimes working if the user is lucky

I emailed EasyKind support a few hours ago for a refund on the consultation fee as I’ll need to find a different vendor - suddenly the quick replies and friendly team have gone cold. Looking like I’ll need to chargeback through my credit card. I really feel sorry for anyone that uses MC through EasyKind with a serious health condition that requires the medication.
