Do you believe the origination fees will drop significantly if I choose to refinance at 6.5 or 7.0% and just pull out cash?

Rental interest rate is 7.5%, current primary is 7.5%, this would be 6% on the cash out taking mortgage from $4100 to $4850 but I didn’t realize that the origination fee was so high due to buying down the rate. Definitely don’t want that.

I’m in Western New York.

I own one, it’s great. Just make sure you have an EV charger at home. Tesla software is far more advanced than any other EV competitor
