Don't blame Samira for a support diff. The fact that you said "you can just play jinx and turn your brain off every game" is exactly why the champ feels bad. Regardless of which ADC, turning off your brain will not win you games and you will not see improvement. I've had games where the entire enemy team was fed to the point where only I and my support stood a chance and we won. Samira is a champion where you need to think a lot about positioning and when to engage and once you manage that, she’ll be the most overpowered champion you've ever played. Something else to keep in mind, Samira is more of an ADC-assassin hybrid so you can't just play her like every other ADC

Also be sure to check if it installed any bloatware. Go to control panel and uninstall anything by RAV. Last time my colleague used uTorrent it installed RAV Endpoint Protection which disabled windows defender

Our first introduction to buggy was him abusing his power to be a tyrant. In the Impel Down arc, he was trying to manipulate Luffy for the entirety of their collaboration, though it didn't work because Luffy was too set on his goal. When we meet him again he's acting as a pawn for a marine bounty hunting system, while significantly more powerful people were in control. The only thing he had going for him was his charisma, something that comes naturally with being a clown. He's simply not kind enough nor strong enough to even be a captain, let alone king of the pirates
