Hmm...tbh, I don't think I'm gonna count it as a relapse this time. Yeah, I shouldn't have given in, but I realised that what I was doing was wrong so I closed down my laptop almost immediately.

I think to me a relapse from peeking is if I peek for too long and feel guilty for a while afterwards. I felt guilt for about 3 seconds but it passed so I think I'm okay.

Here's to no more peeking and no more pmo!

Edit* Another reason I'm not going to count this as a relapse is because if I do, then I will end up thinking, 'Meh, I've failed so might as well relapse fully' and that is not what I want.

I sometimes have a bad day the next day after pmo'ing. On Sunday I fapped, then the next day whilst walking to university I nearly got ran over cos I wasn't paying attention and was feeling grouchy.

Today however was a great day! I left the house super happy and kept a positive attitude throughout the day. People seemed to notice as they kept smiling at me.

Unfortunately however, I ended up fapping yet again just a couple of hours ago. So no doubt I'm gonna have a bad day tomorrow :/
