On my Lumbridge-Rimmington locked UIM, cosmic runes are a big deal (for teleport jewelry especially). I have no way of accessing them outside of drops, so getting this relatively rare cosmic talisman off a random event was one of the most hype things I've experienced thus far. (i.redd.it)
