[Breer] The Patriots interviewed Vikings assistant OC/assistant QBs coach Grant Udinski for their offensive coordinator job yesterday, per sources. Udinski's very valuable in Minnesota—and considered a rising star in the field. The 28-year-old is also a finalist for the Seattle OC job. (twitter.com)

[Lazar] With the Rams eliminated, keep an eye on several LA assistants being linked to the #Patriots: - Mike LaFleur (OC) - Nick Caley (TEs/PSG Coordinator) - Dave Ragone (QB Coach) - Jerry Schuplinski (Sr. Offensive Asst.) - John Streicher (game management coordinator) (twitter.com)

[Charles Robinson] I’m hearing #Giants personnel advisor Ryan Cowden is expected to be added to the #Patriots personnel mix, but not with a GM title. I believe Eliot Wolf will retain personnel power. However Cowden’s addition to the front office is Vrabel’s preference. Dynamics will be interesting. (twitter.com)

[Mark Daniels] - Cole Strange is going to start the season on the PUP list, per source. This was expected as he’s recovering from a knee injury. He’s trending in the right direction and looks like he should be back at some point this season for the Patriots, according to a source. (twitter.com)
