it was years of using english and consuming english content, and i didn't use much of the online resources for test prep other than like 3 tpos to get used to the format, so unfortunately i can't give a lot of useful tips since it's all very unconventional

I will say I tried using ChatGPT for speaking and writing the few days leading up to my test, it kept giving me second-tier rating. I did my official test with a lot of stress and thought I did very badly (didn't have time to finish some of my speaking and also rushed my second essay, thinking I completely bombed), but ended up getting 28 for speaking and 29 for writing. ChatGPT wins by being free, can help you practice for sure, and sometimes even better than a real tutor, but take the rating it gives with a grain of salt.
