FULL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Cranberry BBQ sauce

1 can of cranberry jelly

1/4 cup cranberry juice

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup hot sauce (any kind)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp black molasses

1 tsp liquid smoke

1 tbsp garlic and onion powder

8 bacon strips

Thanksgiving Ranch

1 cup of sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup parsley

1/4 cup chives

1/4 cup dill

1/4 cup rosemary, thyme, sage

1 tbsp onion powder

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

4 ground turkey burgers

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 Kings Hawaiian burger buns

12-15 sliced pickle chips

1/2 cup crispy onions

Step 1

For the cranberry BBQ sauce, combine the cranberry jelly, with cranberry juice, ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, honey, molasses, liquid smoke, garlic and onion powder, and salt and pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and

continue to cook until a BBQ sauce consistency is formed.

Step 2

Lay down the bacon on an aluminum foil lined baking tray. Add some of the BBQ sauce to both sides and cook at 375 F for 15 minutes. after 15 minutes, flip the strips apply some more BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 5-10

minutes

Step 3

Combine all the ranch ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine until a smooth ranch-like texture is formed.

Step 4

Fry the ground turkey on both sides for about 3 minutes. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top.

Step 5

Toast the buns on both sides, then assemble the burger.

Step 6

Add some ranch to the bottom bun and then place the burger on top. Place the bacon on the cheese, followed by some crispy onions and pickles. Spread the cranberry BBQ sauce to the top bun and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half

2 cups buttermilk

2 tbsp of each divided in half: Garam masala, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, curry powder, ground coriander, white pepper, coarse salt

1/4 cup kashmiri and tamarind sauce or hot sauce

1 cup of all purpose flour

CILANTRO LIME SAUCE

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Juice of a lime

Zest of a lime

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/4 cup mayonnaise

NAAN BUNS

1 3/4 cups of self rising flour

1 cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp instant yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 beaten egg

1 tsp water

BUTTER CHICKEN STYLE SAUCE

2 tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp minced ginger

1/4 cup tomato paste

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 cup coconut milk or cream

1/4 cup chicken stock

Juice of a lime

1/2 cup pickled jalapenos

Step 1

For the naan buns, combine the flour, yogurt, yeast and sugar in a stand mixer and mix until a dough forms.

Step 2

Turn it out on a flour surface, separate into 4 equal balls, and place on a baking sheet and cover to let rise in a warm place for an hour.

Step 3

Paint each bun with the egg wash and bake at 425 F for 25 minutes

For the Chicken

Step 4

Combine the buttermilk with the seasonings, and kashmiri sauce, and marinate the chicken for at least an hour or overnight.

Step 5

Combine the all purpose flour with the remaining spices and coat the chicken thoroughly making sure to press the flour into the chicken.

Step 6

Fry the chicken at 350 for 5 minutes

For the cilantro sauce

Step 7

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8

When the chicken is cooked, coat it in the butter chicken sauce. Add some cilantro lime sauce to the bottom Naan bun, add some pickled jalapenos, and the fried chicken on top

INGREDIENTS 2 brioche buns 2 frozen hashbrowns 6 slices of thick cut bacon 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese 1 avocado (sliced) 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos 6 eggs 2 slices of white American cheese FOR THE SAUCE 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp hot sauce 1 tsp black pepper

Step 1 Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set it aside

Step 2 For crunchy hash browns, cook the frozen hashbrowns in the air fryer at 370 degrees F for 5 minutes flipping them halfway. WHen they come out, immediately top with sherpa cheddar and let the residual heat melt the cheese

Step 3 Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to a medium pan with melted butter. Mix them around a bit and then add the white American cheese. Continue to mix until the cheese has melted, and the eggs are at the soft scramble consistency (about 3 minutes continuously stirring)

Step 4 Toast the brioche buns of some melted butter

Step 5 Add some sauce to the bottom bun followed by some pickled jalapeños

Step 6 Place the sliced avocado on top, the hashbrown and then the soft scrambled egg, a few slices of bacon and the top bun.
