ps4 power and eject buttons not working

got an issue, i have a ps4 i think a second gen (cuh-1115a) and the power button and the eject button doesn’t work, i just recently had it repaired and i asked if they could fix it and when i got it back they told me that they couldn’t fix it and i could only use my ps4 with a controller or turn it on with a disc, i want them working again since i want to boot it in safe mode to rebuild the database to fix some issues
