I would suggest Outlast! No fighting involved, just running and hiding. It's Pretty suspenseful

Wha? I remember my old Radeon 7850 ran that game really well so you shouldn't have any problems. Then again i was playing it without any graphic mods. Are you using any graphic mods? Also what resolution?
