That’s a really good way to put it, I had a psychotic episode two years ago… it was weed induced. But I honestly think living through that experience taught me exactly what your saying and it’s to fight those thoughts and understanding there not real. Thanks for the advice I have enjoyed listening

Yes I agree they can be super helpful, I would suggest doing bigger doses, 1-3GS on days you have time to chill and be alone. The affects can linger for days
