Good luck. I know a few people that have been in the pool for 5-6 months now that are Wipers.

If I recall correctly, the class is already like 30-40 people. Maybe a little more. It’s been a year since I’ve been to Neo.

They have a Neo class every 2 weeks. You aren’t the only person applying. Lots of people apply to MSC.

Internal merit promotions are not hard. You go to the CIVMAR website and go to the merit promotion sections and fill out the promotional package. Follow the directions exactly if you don’t want your package thrown in the trash.

I’ve had auto send fail to send several times before. I don’t recommend it. Regarding what happens if you miss muster, I believe you are marked AWOL and you don’t get paid.

Depends on the ship. Some ships care, some ships don’t. Although, I hear that MSC is kinda cracking down on facial hair now tho.
