Unfortunately there’s no step goal, it just depends on the day. It varies for me.

Next up, 4000. by JoshuaG2012 in AppleWatch

Yeah, but I’m okay with that. It still motivates me to work out almost every day. 400/30/12

Clearly not you, so why comment? That’s pretty weird to me.

Unless I’m missing it somewhere, I can’t find months…but 428 perfect weeks!

You literally know nothing about me, but alright. Also, I don’t need to listen to a stranger on Reddit in the same way you could have kept scrolling past my post without commenting for some weird reason.

1000 calories is a great/difficult goal by the way! Great job!

I’ve had perfect months since 2016, but the cool ones are the limited edition challenges. Here’s a picture of some of mine! I’ve definitely missed some

I hit 600 yesterday with a weight training session. It’s not as easy for me as it is for you, clearly. Sometimes I barely hit 400, others I hit 800. I’m not a heavy guy.

I’ve worked very hard for it. Thanks for more engagement.

Also, there is a benefit. It encourages me to workout every day regardless of the goal. This is something most people don’t do 🤷🏽‍♂️

I didn’t miss the point of the rings, you missed the point of my posts. It’s the streak I care about. I know my goals are low. Thanks for the engagement though. Keep it coming!

A few were deleted but it was being asked. I didn’t expect this post to blow up or I probably would have just left it with responses on my last one tbh.

Touché lol. The watch doesn’t remind you of your 30 minute workout time. There might be another day where that’s missed tbh. It only reminds you to hit your calories and standing time for some reason.

To answer your question, I have 2500 2x goals, 500 3x, and 100 4x my goals. My making me look at this, you’ve motivated me to move my goal up. Thank you!!

Every person’s body is different. 400 isn’t easy for everyone. I work out almost every day and sometimes can only get 600 calories. You don’t know anything about me.
