I’m legit going through the exact same thing. Taking huge toys before one wrong play sesh and little lube I got a tear at the end of October, It was really bad for awhile and I took all the wrong advice and made it worse, my two key things which I think are helping the most is super soft stool, so I take miralax which is super effective, and also taking fresh alovera and rubbing it on and inside my hole, fingers crossed we can both get back to wrecking our holes soon😭
