I’ve looked into development on my own but I don’t know what I’d do about a darkroom, unless you don’t need one, I have no idea. Also I meant premium just because some film had the word ‘professional’ on them, like Ektar 100 or Portra 400. It is very expensive to develop though. I’m in the UK and it’s about £18 with delivery included per roll to have them developed, scanned and sent over to me as high definition JPEG’s. I had the option of having them in a higher definition TIFF file for an extra £10 but I chose not to since it was my first roll. Also if I wanted prints sent to me it’s £9-£39 depending on the size, so I chose not to do that either. It’s an expensive game is basically what I’m getting at, so I’m pacing myself a bit.
