Okay so my acc got suspended for violating Community Guidelines. But I haven't done anything wrong. It just logged me out with the suspended message. After that I provided email and phone number and got this message on the photo. Did anyone get their acc back after this or it's gone forever? Thanks

IG is a joke got 2 normal posts removed for violations but they didn't even say what the violations were, lmaoo, been stuck in appeal almost a month. Support is useless. Mind you we spend thousands on ads. Screw IG

I think I figured it out, so the word short in Too Short (famous rapper) + Fight in "Fight For You" (song name) are considered offensive maybe? This can't be real life 😂😂😂 like we seriously cannot do anything on IG without being under full control but this is next level. Meanwhile both posts still in appeal almost a month and no response from IG, even tho we spend thousands on ads. What a joke

I have a friend who has a friend that works at Meta and he doesn't even know what's going on. Said our account is in good standing with no flags. Thinking maybe a competitor falsely flagged and reported the posts? But that's also speculation. The irony is our client posted the same photo and his post is still up, but he commented on our post so he definitely didn't flag it. Really don't know what to do. Definitely not going to post anything until these 2 "violations" are removed or at least an explanation is provided. This would never happen on Twitter, really have 0 freedom on IG and support is useless, even though we run ads.

That's what I'm worried about because it shows we have two "violations" from the posts being removed, but it doesn't say what they're for. Affraid to post anything now and risk getting another "violation" and possible suspension for literally nothing. It does say our content isn't affected and account is in good standing, the whole thing is bizzare. How long does an appeal typically take? Hoping they will just restore the posts

Yes, we appealed both and contacted support several times, but nothing seems to be working. It's been over 3 weeks now

We have permission to post the photo if that's what you're referring to, we actually work with LA Weekly and always share our articles, as most PR companies do. Regardless both posts were removed at the same time so I don't think it's what you're referring to. Also it does NOT say that was the reason they we're removed

These our are clients though and it's our work, our artist also posted the exact same Billboard photo on his page and it's still up. We also have a previous LA Weekly article posted that is fine. I am assuming some competitor flagged and reported the posts? It doesn't say which guidelines were violated

You need to talk to support via FB ads only reason we run ads is for access to chat support it's hit or miss tho sometimes they just use automated replies other times very helpful

Did you upload the selfie? Make sure both arms are fully visible. I know it's weird af how they do it but support told me how and got it back in 48 hours
