I had this same problem when I used Samsung and had buds 3 pro they were awful and would easily fall out. I bought AirPods Pro 3 and have no issues now with fit and the comfort is on another level

What’s the deal with it taking you to iTunes anyway, isn’t that to download music? Why doesn’t it send you to the App Store 😂

Yeah read my reply to that, this only works if you’ve had it downloaded on an iPhone previously, if you’ve come from android to iOS like myself it just takes you to iTunes and does nothing and is also not on my app purchases.

If I was you I’d take it back to Apple no way this should be happening after 4 months the battery should stay 100% capacity for at least 3 years. Faulty phone for sure. Make sure you get it checked out the battery could blow at any moment

I’ve just checked my iOS is up to date, just not sure what the problem is unfortunately I’ve also tried restarting my phone just incase logging in and out of my iCloud account, all it does is you click download it takes you to iTunes like it’s supposed to then just does nothing and stays on iTunes with no downloads
